Internet cafes can be found in most major cities, usually in the shopping malls. Local internet vendors also rent computers that can be used on-site. The telephone connection is billed by the minute, and prices vary according to the time of day. For this reason, when using the Internet in a friend's house it is polite to limit one's time online. After midnight and on weekends, typically only the first minute is charged.
